This Labor day it was announced that the next Sony update for the PS4 and Vita will include the theme feature. Well I guess this is exciting to some people, I think I missed that train.
So early this morning in a pre-TGS announcement Sony decided to let the cat out of the bag. Themes will now be apart of all three systems. I really thought that this wasn't that big and it seems like this feature really should have been apart of the launch of the Vita and PS4. But the people over at the PSN Blog are a little more excited about this then me.
"Early this morning, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia (SCEJA) held a press conference in Tokyo where some new features were announced for both PS4 and PS Vita. In case you missed it, I’m happy to confirm that Themes, one of the most popular features from PlayStation 3, are coming to PS4 and PS Vita this fall with system software updates coming to both platforms.
With these two updates (v2.00 for PS4 and v.3.30 for PS Vita), you’ll be able to reflect your personality across all your PlayStation systems — PS4, PS3, and PS Vita! One awesome announcement was the fact that Vita users will soon be able to stream Twitch and USTREAM games streams from the PS4 in the form of the "Live from Playstation" app.
So if your happy to have new half naked lady themes on your newer systems then I bet your going to love this new update. Hopefully late in the week there will be more information on some actually good features in the future update.
